Manor in Monaco in memory of Jules Bianchi

The 2014 Monaco Grand Prix certainly proved to be one fundamental race for the future of Marussia. The Anglo-Russian team, for the first time in its life in Formula 1, managed to finish the race in the points thanks to the qualities shown by Jules Bianchi on a track narrow and tortuous which allows no margin for error. The Frenchman, who had allowed Marussia to obtain their first points in Formula 1, is confined to a hospital bed. He is facing a battle much more difficult of a Formula 1 Grand Prix, that of survival, the same challenge that his team also had to face at the end of last season.

The latest news on Jules Bianchi, involved in a terrible accident in the final stages of the Japanese GP, means that the Frenchman will be able to breathe independently even if he would find himself still in a coma: “We will carry JB17 on our machines all year long. Scoring the points was a fantastic feeling for everyone in the team, it was a team effort but, a year later, we still have to thank Jules for that result. He was a real driver,” she concluded.
