F1 | The Australian Grand Prix times on Sky Sport F1 HD

The Formula 1 season restarts live exclusively on Sky: from tomorrow, Thursday 23 March, the Australian Grand Prix starts on Sky Sport F1 HD (channel 207), with around 30 hours live including free practice, qualifying, race but also many dedicated studies, columns and insights. Over the course of the season, 11 races will be live exclusively on Sky, which will broadcast all the GPs live starting tomorrow.

QUALIFYING AND RACE AT BREAKFAST – On Sky, Formula 1 will give the morning wake-up call. Qualifying and race at 7am on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th. But we will get to the heart of the weekend tomorrow with the first words of the drivers in the press conference (at 5.00am) and the 7.30am appointment with the "Paddock Live Pit Walk", to introduce the Grand Prix from the Melbourne circuit. Free practice starts on Friday at dawn, to finally see the new single-seaters on the track. Carlo Vanzini will give voice to Formula 1 together with Marc Gené, with interventions by Roberto Chinchero. Federica Masolin is the hostess with her “Paddock Live”.

Joining her for comments and analysis are Jacques Villeneuve and Davide Valsecchi.

EXCLUSIVE APPOINTMENTS ON SKY – Sky Sport F1 HD will talk about the first appointment of the season with many columns and insights. Thanks to "Sky Sport Tech" it will be possible to explain the trajectories, characteristics and evolutions of the cars. And with the return of "virtual reality" by Fabiano Vandone, in the pre-race studies the technical analysis will be increasingly interactive, while with the new "Virtual Garage" Carlo Vanzini will introduce the GP by summarizing in "Minority Report" style all the technical and statistical topics of the weekend. Fabio Tavelli will be at the helm of "Race Anatomy F1" on Sunday at 12.30, with Leo Turrini and Matteo Bobbi among the guests. Furthermore, on Sunday, immediately after the race, again on Sky Sport F1 HD and on Sky Sport 1 HD it will be broadcast on docu-film “John Cooper: Genius & Works”: an original production by Sky Sport HD that tells the story of a man who changed the world of car racing forever, who revolutionized F1 and who shattered every rally prediction , leaving an indelible mark on motorsport.

MOSAIC, WEB, SOCIAL AND THE NEW APP – Mosaic is back in HD, with 5 interactive channels and a new graphic design. On skysport.it it will be possible to find news, numbers, videos and photos in real time, while thanks to the official social channels FB, Twitter and Instagram the interaction will always be at the top. Without forgetting the Sky Sport App (downloadable for free and available for iPhone and Android), updated and full of dedicated content: it will allow you to follow the live commentary of all the GPs, as well as providing the highlights of the races.
