BMW will continue to fight throughout 2009

Unlike Ferrari, which apparently intends to invest all its resources in next year's car, immediately putting the disappointing 2009 behind it, Mario Theissen is strongly convinced that his team can still fight for the conquest of the world title.
"We are not happy with the start of this season, but we will not abandon our goals at the beginning," the German continued. "We need to understand the machine's shortcomings and recover immediately."
Theissen concluded by stating that the loudspeaker saga has slowed down the upgrade work, which will bear the first fruits for the Spanish Grand Prix.
