5% sold to an American entrepreneur

Toto wolff sold 5% of the shares Williams in his possession a Brad Hollinger, a well-known healthcare entrepreneur who operates in ninety hospitals in the United States, while as regards the remaining 10% the transition will be completed by the end of the year.
