WilliamsF1: reliability problems that hindered the car's set up

Nico Rossberg:
“The team had a rather difficult start. We didn't run in the first session and in the second session I had a problem with the differential. It was very difficult out there for me. So as a result I was unable to carry out the race preparation program as planned as it was difficult to keep the car on the track. However, we have a good foundation even if we haven't seen its real potential.”

Kazuki Nakajima:
“I lost some time learning the track and the morning session was limited for me due to a technical problem. In the afternoon we managed to complete the entire program and I managed to familiarize myself with the circuit. The next task will be to analyze the data to understand where I can improve.”

Sam Michael, Technical Director:
“We had an issue with the reliability of both cars in the morning session. We solved the problem for the second session but there was a further differential problem on Nico's car. This has slowed down our program and now it will be difficult for us to find the right set up for tomorrow.”
