Williams, Barrichello: “It was nice to get to know the Buddh circuit”
The impressions of Rubens Barrichello and Pastor Maldonado after the first two free practice sessions on the new Buddh International circuit in New Delhi.
Rubens Barrichello – 15th: It was nice to get to know the Buddh circuit today. Obviously the track was dirty, but that's quite normal for a new circuit. We don't know where we are at the moment because the track is constantly evolving, but we hope to have a good qualifying tomorrow.
Pastor Maldonado – 16th: I would like to thank the mechanics for working so hard to change the engine in time for this afternoon's session. The balance of the car seems ok and I'm sure we will have a good race pace. The degradation of the tires is not that high, but we have to look at our strategy, in fact with the option tire it is not the best solution for our package.
