Webber satisfied with third place on the grid in Austin but is under investigation

Red Bull's Australian driver Mark Webber is under investigation by US GP stewards for failing to show up for weight checks during qualifying.

The Stewards reported that this happened towards the end of Q1.

Webber qualified third on the grid, two places behind teammate Sebastian Vettel.

“I'm happy with the last part of Q3,” said the Australian at the end of qualifying.

“I had to deal with a small problem but I set a strong lap time. I would have liked to have more pace, but I'm happy with third place on the grid, and we can have a good race tomorrow.”

“The objective tomorrow will be to win the Constructors' title. It would be a huge achievement for everyone in Milton Keynes and at Renault.”
