Webber refuses to be a supporting character

Mark Webber think about next season. The success of Red Bull and his teammate Sebastian Vettel obtained in the last round of the world championship in Interlagos, does not slow down his ambitions and the Australian has already made it known that next year he will not limit himself to being a second driver.

“Even though Sebastian has shown that he has the ability to be a leader, not only within our team, I don't want to be a second driver. I still want to get the best results possible and to do that I have to become an integral part of the team.", Webber told Reuters.

“We were not as consistent as in 2010 and 2011 – he continues, focusing on the season that has just ended -. Even though we always demonstrated a notable pace in qualifying, the same cannot be said in the race.", he concludes.
