For the 2011 Formula 1 season, Pirelli offers 4 compounds with 4 different colors and 4 different performance and durability characteristics, a solution that increases the possibility of team strategies and consequently the spectacle.

The supersoft is marked by the color red, the soft compound by the yellow shade, the medium by white writing and the hard by a silver color.
