Toro Rosso, Kvyat: “I don't pay attention to any comments, I only think about my work”

Despite Daniil Kvyat's difficult start to the championship, thanks to the decision to send him back to Toro Rosso, the Russian seemed to have been confirmed by Helmult Marko, Red Bull's trusted advisor.

The Austrian, in fact, around mid-August had renewed his trust in the Russian pilot, stating that they want to keep him with them for next season too: “We want to keep him with us. Now he needs time to clear his mind and regain his self-confidence and return to expressing its full potential."

Although Marko's statements could certainly bring some peace of mind to Kvyat, the Ufa rider said he was focused on his work, thinking only of having good races: “I don't pay attention to any comments, I just do my job” – said Daniil in Belgium -. “First of all it's always important to have good races, then we'll see what happens next year. At the moment I'm just doing my job and I'm not thinking about what people say, not about Dr. Marko, not about journalists, nobody,” Kvyat concluded.
