Toro Rosso completes the #TrackOfMyDreams initiative

During the 21 race weekends this year, we played together, letting you choose the sections that you thought were the most beautiful of each track. You did it through the polls we proposed on our official Twitter account. Thousands and thousands of votes have thus contributed to creating an incredible, mythical, dream track... your "Track Of My Dreams" indeed. Wide or narrow curves, long or short, fast or slow… you voted and dreamed. Today, it's time to find out what came of it!

1) Australia: Lakeside between turns 10 and 11
2) Bahrain: double curve 9-10
3) China: the infinite sequence 1-2-3-4
4) Russia: the fast 2-3-4 stretch
5) Spain: chicane immediately after the pit straight, 1-2
6) Munich: the tunnel
7) Canada: turns 13-14, the Wall of Champions
8) Azerbaijian: turns 7-12 (the medieval walls)
9) Austria: turns 5-6-7 (around the Bull)
10) Great Britain: turns 6-7-8 (Brooklands, Luffield, Woodcote)
11) Hungary: turns 4-5
12) Germany: the “curved” straight 4-5-6
13) Belgium: curves 2-3-4 (Eau Rouge)
14) Italy: curves 8-9-10 (Ascari variant)
15) Singapore: curves 10-11-12
16) Malaysia: turns 5-6
17) Japan: curves 3-4-5-6
18) USA: curves 3-4-5-6
19) Mexico: curves 12-13-14-15
20) Brazil: turns 1-2 (the S Senna)
21) Abu Dhabi: turns 1-2-3-4

There he is! With #TrackOfMyDreams you have created a spectacular circuit. As you can see we have put together the traits that won the polls of each weekend, respecting their order on the calendar. From Melbourne's lakefront, through the Munich tunnel, to the chicane of the medieval walls of the Baku circuit or the famous Eau Rouge or Ascari variant... there is just the best of the 21 tracks on the 2016 calendar. We have calculated that the circuit – also taking into account the necessary connections – it would be approximately 16 kilometers long.

So, to cover an entire race distance, it would take approximately 20 laps.

Oh yes, we already know that you are thinking of comparing it to the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife!
