At the end of the second day of pre-season testing on the Montmelò track, Pierre Gasly commented positively on the work carried out by the team on the RB15, underlining how the data collected will serve to direct development in view of the coming days.

Here are the words of Pierre Gasly: ​​“The day was really positive and getting back in the car made me happy. The first feeling about the car was good, given that we managed to complete more than ninety laps."

On the incident in the afternoon he added: “This afternoon I was pushing, but unfortunately I lost the rear exiting number 10, ending up in the barriers. It was annoying to miss the last hour of testing. Apart from that, however, we managed to test several parts, getting good information from them. Of course, we still have a lot of work to do in the next few days, but I have to admit that apart from the impact it was a great day."
