On the final day of testing in Barcelona, Haas split the duties between the two drivers: Grosjean in the morning, Magnussen in the afternoon. The Frenchman did more laps on the C3 and C4 tires before carrying out a long run and completing his session with 86 laps under his belt. With a time of 1:17.037, Grosjean set Haas' fastest time during testing.
“As far as I'm concerned it was a good day, we completed a lot of tests – said the Frenchman. It was the last day, so everyone showed a bit of a performance, which is always fun. We managed to do some long runs to see how the car behaves and evolves. I'm happy with the work everyone did in the tests: we need to put all our tools together to prepare for Melbourne."
