F1 Tests 2018 | Toro Rosso, Hartley: “The reliability is impeccable”

With the track covered in snow, it was not possible to test but the New Zealand driver still managed to complete two laps; impressions are positive.

Brendon Hartley: “With the new asphalt and the icy conditions, we weren't able to get the tires up to temperature today. We tested a couple of elements on the car: it's good to approve them ahead of Melbourne. But there were also other things that we were able to try, such as the starting simulation and other particular procedures, just as I was able to practice with the steering wheel controls and analyze some useful data. It was irritating for me not to be able to run in the dry, but I'm sure we'll be able to remedy this in the next test. So far the car's handling has been exceptional and the reliability impeccable, so it's a positive start.".
