Test in Barcelona: best time for Nakajima

Best time for Kazuki Nakajima in Thursday's test in Barcelona. The Japanese driver from Williams lapped in 1.22.153 completing 32 laps. The day started again today on a wet track but in the morning the line dried up allowing the teams to work on good distances. However, Nakajima only ran late in the afternoon when he took over from test driver Nico Hulkenberg, setting the fastest time at the end of a three-lap run towards the end of the session.

Second and third times for the McLaren Mercedes of Kovalainen and de la Rosa, ahead of Felipe Massa. The Brazilian once again showed the excellent pace of the F2008 on long runs, however causing one of the seven interruptions when he spun during a race simulation.

Kovalainen and Mark Webber stopped on the track once each, the other interruptions were caused by a spin by Glock and a stop by Fernando Alonso.

Fifth time for Rosberg in the other Williams, ahead of the two Red Bulls.
