Sutil looks to the WEC
The German is aiming for Le Mans but does not discard a new year as a spectator
99% out of the Circus in 2015 Adrian Sutil, fresh from a troubled season at Sauber, could convert to endurance and join the list of protagonists of the next 24 Hours of Le Mans scheduled for June.
“I'm looking around because I know there are several interesting categories but if I don't find them I won't despair – the German's words to Autosport – In 2016 Haas will arrive in F1 with its project and let's not forget the WEC and specifically the classic of Sarthe that I would like to add to my CV. Everyone speaks well of it, the cars are fast and partly similar to those I'm used to and furthermore there are solid manufacturers with whom it is possible to draw up a long-term plan."
For the 31-year-old, already out in the past, the possibility of remaining out once again therefore does not seem to be a big problem. “I suffered a lot in 2011 when I didn't know what I would do next, but 2012 was fantastic, I was definitely relaxed – he said – Thanks to that experience now I'm no longer afraid and then with age you mature and face everything more calmly."
