Work has restarted on the Austin circuit

Work on the Austin circuit (home of the 2012 US Grand Prix) has restarted, as reported Jalopnik.

“Those responsible were on the track and work on the 2012 US GP has resumed. I saw all this with my own eyes,” said one reporter.

The recent disagreements between the organizers led by Tavo Hellmund and Bernie Ecclestone had led to an interruption of the work.

“Last month the circuit was nothing more than a pile of dust, but now work has resumed on every part of the circuit in order to establish the necessary support for the structures to be built,” revealed the reporter.

“There were cranes holding support poles for the pits, paddock and media centre.”

The Texas communications chief, Ali Putnam confirmed that the project “he returned to normal” after the interruption of the previous months.
