Smedley: “Created a group dedicated to weak points”

In obvious difficulty when it starts to rain and on slow circuits, starting from the Monaco GP, the Williams has started a program dedicated to finding a solution for this debilitating problem, especially with a view to 2016.

“At Silverstone we were on Mercedes' pace but then when the bad weather arrived Red Bull and Ferrari caught up with us and in Austria in the last free practice session with full wet tires we lost at least 3% of the performance.
