Single DRS zone for the next Monte Carlo Grand Prix
The area from last season and the ban on use inside the tunnel have been confirmed
di Roberto Valenti19 May, 2015
The International Federation has made official the point where it will be possible to exploit the DRS system in the next Monte Carlo Grand Prix, the sixth round of the 2015 Formula One World Championship.
The device, as in previous seasons, can be used by drivers only once per lap and the area will be positioned on the main straight of the track located in the narrow streets of the Principality.
The detection cell, however, will be positioned before the entrance to the historic "La Rascasse".
We remind you that every driver, following specific directives from the FIA, will not be able to use the mobile wing system from turn 8 to the entrance to the low chicane (tunnel area) for safety reasons.
