If racing in Bahrain, Webber could miss his event in Tasmania

The return of the Bahrain GP to the calendar could mean Mark Webber misses out on his personal adventure at the end of this year.
The event in Tasmania returns for the first time since the Red Bull driver broke his leg at the end of 2008.

The race is scheduled for December 7-11, after the end of the season, but the FIA is now proposing to extend the calendar until mid-December to make way for the controversial Bahrain GP.
If that happened, the 34-year-old Webber would be forced to miss it.
Mark Perry, the organiser, told Tasmanian newspaper The Mercury: “There's still a degree of uncertainty about how the F1 calendar will work out, so we're just sitting back and seeing how it all plays out. Once we know the facts we will consider our options.”
Webber was the most vocal driver on the issue of the Bahrain renegotiation, admitting that he felt the 2011 race would have to succumb to political and logistical issues: “Even if a decision has been made, I will be very surprised if it goes ahead this year. I hope F1 is able to return to Bahrain eventually, but now is not the right time."
