Michael Schumacher will be penalized by 10 positions on the grid in the next Japanese Formula 1 GP, in Suzuka. The German was punished by the stewards for the collision with Jean-Eric Vergne during the Singapore GP.
Although Schumacher indicated a mechanical failure as the possible cause of the accident, the stewards still decided to impose a grid penalty on him for the next race.
