Schumacher has not yet renewed his contract with Ferrari

The Schumacher – Mercedes GP soap opera seems to have no end. According to some sources, the agreement would be indirectly confirmed by the fact that the seven-time world champion has not yet renewed his contract with Ferrari.

The signing between the Italian company and the German had been taken for granted in September, but in recent days it has emerged that Schumacher and the Maranello team have not yet put anything down on paper.

In this regard, Ferrari spokesman Luca Colajanni revealed to the German press: "I can only confirm that the agreement between Schumacher and Ferrari was announced in Monza last September".

Then he adds: “I don't know if the contract was actually signed, but as in a family, the word of the people involved is enough. Or not?"
