Sauber: a new sponsor together with Chelsea

Sauber will shortly announce a new sponsor together with its partner Chelsea, the Premier League football club.

At the beginning of the year the Swiss team announced the innovative collaboration with the club which also consists of an exchange of visibility with the respective logos.

Now, according to the Daily Mail, Sauber and Chelsea are ready to announce their first shared sponsor.

“The first commercial joint venture will be announced within two months,” said Chelsea CEO Ron Gourlay.

“You will soon see the results of the partnership,” he added.

According to the English newspaper, after Gerhard Gribkowsky's corruption scandal, the CEO of the Premier League, Richard Scudamore, is one of the candidates to replace Bernie Ecclestone in F1. “But it will take a considerable offer to convince Scudamore to leave football” reads the article.
