Mark Webber will debut the new Red Bull RB9, the Red Bull Racing car for the 1 Formula 2013 world championship. Although Sebastian Vettel has won the drivers' title in the last three seasons, his teammate will drive the new creature of Adrian Newey in the first two days of testing in Jerez on 5 and 6 February while the German will test starting from the third day.
