Red Bull, Horner: “Overtaking Ferrari gives us hope”

Red Bull now has a high-performance single-seater on every type of track. Proof of this is the great performance offered by Milton Keynes on very different circuits, such as Zeltweg, Silverstone, Budapest and Hockneheim. With a chassis that seems to have returned to school, thanks to the full-time return of Adrian Newey, Milton Keynes can enjoy overtaking Ferrari in the standings and look towards the future with confidence.

“We achieved our objective, which was to arrive at the summer break ahead of Ferrari – said Chris Horner, head of Red Bull – We managed to overtake right at the last minute, with a wonderful and unexpected double podium on the eve. In the Constructors' category the challenge for second place is open, but we have shown that we can be fast on very different tracks. The last four races really give us hope for the rest of the season."
