Podium dreams for Grosjean too

Räikkönen: “It would be great to repeat 2005”

Among the great expectations of the Monegasque weekend are certainly the Lotus. Fast on all the tracks visited so far, Raikkönen e Grosjean, the latter returning from an unfortunate Spanish GP which ended with a withdrawal due to a technical failure, will try to give Red Bull and company a hard time even among the rich people's yachts.

“Although it is useless to differentiate one race from another because they all have the same importance from a world championship perspective, I believe that no grand prix gives the same satisfaction as Monte Carlo when you manage to obtain a good result – the thought of Whom – Running through its streets is something unique, a real challenge given the difficulties that are often encountered. It is a narrow but sinuous track and the driver must prove to be intelligent and constantly concentrated. Overtaking is really complicated, so it is important to start from the front, as well as identify the best strategy and tyres. My only win was in 2005 and I would say it's one of my fondest memories of my career, so it would be great to do it again. I can't say if the E21 will be as fast as the other circuits, obviously I hope so."

“The Monaco GP is a special event that I personally consider to be my home race – he said Roman – I love this atypical track, difficult to interpret, full of bumps on the straight and with very little grip. I hope that this weekend brings me a nice surprise, maybe a podium. It would be wonderful!".
