Pic sues Lotus and sends the bailiff

The news was only released on Sunday. Last Thursday a bailiff showed up at the Lotus garage in Spa at the invitation of the former Caterham and Marussia driver Charles Pic.

The Frenchman would not have liked the treatment he received last year when he held the reserve position for the Enstone team.

Specifically, the protégé of Olivier Panis, despite having paid a large sum to carry out a certain number of free tests, would not have been satisfied and would also have received a double for the request to get at least the money back.

For now, nothing is known about the developments except that the England-based team has been blocked by Belgian justice and will not be able to return to base until the matter has been resolved.
