Philips, Williams' main sponsor, will leave the team

One of Williams' major sponsors has revealed he will leave the English team at the end of the season.
The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) will also leave the Grove team after Abu Dhabi, and it is rumored that AirAsia and McGregor also have the same intentions.

Furthermore, a communication from a Dutch media reported that Philips, a Dutch multinational electronics company, has decided not to renew its contract beyond 2010.
Philips, the team's five-year sponsor, currently has very significant advertising space on the rear wing of the FW32s, so the news comes as a blow to this independent team.
“We have been very happy with our partnership with Williams,” said Patrick Overwijk, manager of Philips global sponsorships.
“The reason why we will end our sponsorship has nothing to do with Williams,” he told formule1.nl
“Philips has decided to withdraw from Formula 1 to seek a different type of sponsorship,” he explained.
