Renault staff already working in Enstone

Despite the silence following the letter of intent last October, Renault has begun to pack the boxes and slowly move to Enstone.

The deputy team principal confirmed this to Autosport Lotus Federico Gastaldi: “From Singapore there were numerous meetings and several employees of the French company, including those from the marketing and administration department, came to our base to help us in the management of the team and in the development of the 2016 single-seater”.

“Many are asking us why the agreement has not yet been finalized. The answer is that you need to be patient. Since it is a large manufacturer, the procedures are quite long” – she concluded.

Meanwhile, a step forward has been made. Bob Bell, Manor's technical consultant until a few days ago, has returned to join the team with which he had already worked from 2001 to 2010.
