Perez: “Excellent qualifying. Too bad the penalty"

It was clear from the first free practice session that the Baku track enhanced the characteristics of the VJM09 and above all its Mercedes engine. The fact is that the errors of both drivers between FP3 and qualifying caused the team to collect Force India less than he could have.
