New legal troubles for Ecclestone

F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone will soon face more legal trouble. Already under investigation in Germany for the banker Gerhard Gribkowsky corruption scandal, Ecclestone has also been sued by the BayernLB bank which intends to appeal to the High Court of London for compensation of as much as 400 million dollars.

While Ecclestone's lawyers have not ruled out reaching an out-of-court agreement with the Munich bank, the interested party has instead announced that he wants to fight: "They have found the wrong person."

Meanwhile, it has become known that the Serious Fraud Office of the United Kingdom tax office could also open an investigation into Ecclestone.
