Nico Hulkenberg: “Car ok but balance needs to be improved”

He's been in good shape lately Force India, constant presence at the top levels of the top ten, with the second podium of the season obtained by Sergio Perez a Baku and third place behind the two Mercedes scored today by Nico Hulkenberg. The German driver finished six tenths of a second from the top and overall said he was confident ahead of the race weekend.

“Definitely a consistent day today. The car is good but there is still some work to do tonight to improve the balance,” explained the Force India driver at the end of the day. “With the weather changing rapidly it wasn't easy, especially in the afternoon, when the downpour arrived; this means we couldn't collect much data. But we are all in the same boat from this point of view. We managed to do a few laps on the intermediates, which is important because we don't know what weather to expect tomorrow and whether the rain will visit again. Overall, however, I think we are in good shape this weekend", concluded the satisfied German driver.
