Newey in hospital after racing accident

Adrian Newey has been hospitalized after suffering a racing accident in England last weekend. The famous designer of the Red Bull RB6, winner of six Grands Prix so far in 2010, was competing in a side race at the BTCC event at Snetterton.
At the wheel of a guest car, the 51-year-old turned around before being hit from the side by another car. Newey was extricated from the car and taken to hospital for checks.
According to rumors, he spoke to the rescuers in the ambulance but suffered some pain although fortunately he did not suffer any serious injuries.
