Max mosley has won its battle against Google in recent days.
The former head of FIA he had recently appealed to the Hamburg court, after having previously obtained a positive response from Paris, to request the removal of all the images published by the News of the World newspaper linked to the famous pseudo-Nazi orgy scandal of which he had been the protagonist in 2008.
“As responsible for their distribution, the search engine will have to eliminate photos and videos that portray the applicant active in sexual practices as they are highly damaging to his privacy” – the judges' ruling.
