Mick Schumacher: “Formula One is in my destiny”
"I don't compare myself to any pilot, the comparison is with my father," said the young German
Mick Schumacher, in an interview with Sky Sports F1, discussed Formula One (where he covered his first kilometers with Ferrari and Alfa Romeo in the Sakhir tests, ed.) and Formula 2, where he is currently involved with the Prema team.
"Formula One is in my destiny – underlined the German -. I don't compare myself to any Formula One driver, obviously the comparison is with me. There are so many talented riders and it's always great to talk to each of them to learn as much as possible".
Schumi jr, speaking about the steps taken so far in his career, said: “It is very important to take one step after another: we have done it so far and Formula 2 should be the final step before arriving in Formula One".
On Formula 2: “I am very happy to work with Prema, I have the feeling that here it is more difficult to drive and work with the tires than in Formula One".
