Mercedes GP: Schumacher completes his test session in Jerez positively

Michael Schumacher completed his two-day test session at the Jerez circuit yesterday, the third day of testing for the Mercedes GP team.

The program focused on testing the control systems, the moving rear wing, tire evaluation and long run development work. Another positive day in terms of reliability with Michael completing 114 laps. Today (Sunday) is Nico Rosberg's turn for the fourth and final day of testing.

Michael Schumacher:
“At the end of my two days of testing in Jerez, I can only be satisfied with what we have done here. Even today, we completed many kilometers, and with the exception of a few minor issues, we ran very well, which allowed us to consistently progress with our testing program. This is exactly what is wanted at this stage. I now look forward to continuing the development at the next test in Barcelona starting on Friday.”
