MercedesGP. Michael Schumacher: "I'm confident for Sepang"

"There were several positive aspects to the race weekend in Melbourne. Even if they are not visible at first glance, looking in more depth we see that we have made some real improvements and we have good reasons to be satisfied, even if the results are not they demonstrate. Analyzing the qualifying, both Nico and I could have been two or three positions ahead and furthermore my set-up was too conservative and specific for the race. Such positions would have allowed us to fight closer to the front on Sunday. All this means that we are not too far away and I am quite confident for the future. In Malaysia this weekend we know that we will have a much improved pace compared to Bahrain. It was a lot of fun fighting on the track in Melbourne, even if I only took a point, and now I can't wait to fight again in Sepang."
