Meccano launches the new model of the Ferrari single-seater in conjunction with the Italian GP

In conjunction with the Italian Formula 1 Grand Prix which will take place at the Monza Eni Circuit from 30 August to 2 September 2018, Meccano launches the new model of the Ferrari single-seater to build a perfect reproduction with the famous Meccano screws, bolts and bars of the racing car driven this season by Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel.

A pack containing 362 pieces to build a model equipped with rims, racing tyres, decorations and stickers faithful to the original that you can play with after assembling it thanks to the steering wheels. A small masterpiece designed for adults and children united by a passion for four wheels and the art of construction.

After the success of the Meccano models inspired by the Ferrari 488 Spider, the Ferrari F12tdF and the Ferrari LaFerrari, the collaboration between the Maranello car manufacturer and the historic construction system patented in 1901 by Frank Hornby, which taught entire generations of children, continues to build and rebuild their own toy, combining mechanics that are maintained over time with a strong propensity for the future, thanks to the integration of the most cutting-edge technologies into new models.
