McLaren denies Paddy Lowe's return

The mystery continues about the future of Paddy lowe. The technical director will in fact leave Mercedes before the start of the 2017 season.

His destiny seemed to be already written, with an agreement for the renewal not found with Toto Wolff and an important and rich offer from McLaren for a sensational return to the team he left in 2012.

However, it seems that the rumors turned out to be unfounded. It is GMM that reports the statements of a McLaren spokesperson who categorically denied this hypothesis.

“We have absolutely no intention of rehiring Paddy as we are completely satisfied with our current engineering team.”
