McLaren MP4-28: presented in Woking
Revealed by Button and Perez
di StaffJanuary 31, 2013
Here is the new McLaren MP4-28, the car with which Jenson Button and Sergio Perez will compete in the 2013 Formula 1 world championship.
The presentation, to celebrate McLaren's 50th anniversary this year, was preceded by a parade of the most significant cars in the history of the English company. Perez arrived aboard the MP4-12C while Button drove the McLaren P1.
Without the step on the nose like last year, the new McLaren MP4-28 appears like an evolution of last year's car with streamlined lines, a high nose, further tapered bellies and pull rod suspensions at the front and rear.
