McLaren, Magnussen: “I didn't do my best lap”

Both drivers managed to earn a place in the top ten during Qualifying but not only, having shown themselves consistent throughout the weekend. The Woking team thus confirms the positive moment thanks to the developments developed in the second half of the season,

“I really enjoyed myself today – he commented Kevin Magnussen – but I'm not too happy with seventh place because I don't think I set the best lap with the second set of tires in Q3. I made some mistakes… and maybe there were still a few tenths left. As for the typhoon, we'll see tomorrow: I think it will be a wet race but I'll wait to look out the window tomorrow morning."

“My last lap was the best of the day. Tomorrow everyone thinks it will rain a lot, but our set up between dry and wet doesn't change much, so the best thing is to have done well in qualifying. As for time, we will take what comes,” he said Button.
