McLaren, Alonso: “I have no problem changing scenery if my team doesn't meet expectations”

Despite Flavio Briatore's denials and the words released by Zack Brawn in recent days, Fernando Alonso has not ruled out a possible change of uniform before the start of next season. In an interview given to AS, the two-time World Champion explained that he expects the best from the teams he races for and that otherwise finding motivation elsewhere can be a way to always remain competitive and at the top of Formula One. The Spaniard from McLaren underlined, upon direct question from the journalist, how he races to have fun and that every change of team in his career has depended above all on this factor.

Here are the words of Fernando Alonso: “I race Formula One for fun and I expect my team to always give 101%. I give my all on the track and I want to see the same thing from the people around me. Otherwise, if the team can't handle the pressure or doesn't work as I expect, I prefer to look for new motivation somewhere else. I have no problem moving on if my team doesn't meet expectations and doesn't give me the opportunities I'm looking for. I have always looked for this in my career"
