Marussia, Bianchi: “I feared for the championship position”
The Frenchman risked going out after a contact with Maldonado
Despite the checkered flag with both drivers in Budapest, there was no shortage of excitement at home Marussia who took a risk with White to end up out following the impact with Maldonado's Lotus.
“It was a difficult race having had to race for 50 laps with the damaged car and severe balance problems – he revealed Jules, 15th – Pastor suddenly came out and hit me on the side. I thought I wouldn't reach the finish line and I also feared for my position in the championship given that the Saubers were in a very good position at that point, but in the end everything went well."
“The start was good, I was able to avoid trouble and then thanks to the Caterham exit I was able to duel with my partner until the conclusion – analysis by Max Chilton, 16th – I am very happy for the team, for this double finish and for the ninth constructors' place”.
