Tuesday in Barcelona: Williams does not remain idle despite the bad weather
di F1 editorial team20 February 2008
Despite the rainy weather conditions experienced yesterday in Barcelona, Williams F1 decided not to stay in the pits for long, a choice carried forward by most of the teams present at the tests. Rosberg and Nakajima were the two fastest riders on the track.
Dickie Stanford, WilliamsF1 Test Team Manager:
“The weather conditions hindered our work today in Barcelona. Intermittent rain, in particular, made the track slippery for the duration of the session. Rosberg and Nakajima focused on set up and reliability. However, our pilots were not as negatively affected as others.”
