Manor: will the debut of the single-seater be postponed to 2016?

After many vicissitudes the Manor managed to take part in the 2015 Formula 1 World Championship. Despite the initial disapproval of Force India, the Dinnington team managed to join the current starting line-up by taking part in the season with the single-seater 2014 modified according to the 2015 regulations. Manor's original plan was to debut the new single-seater once the European season began at the Spanish Grand Prix, which will be held at Montmelò this weekend, but in all likelihood, it will be necessary still waiting to see the Manor 2015.

There are many doubts and this is confirmed by the Team Principal himself, John Booth, who underlined how, in the English team, the possibility of debuting the single-seater during 2015 or whether to wait directly 2016: “To date, I can say that it will be difficult to see the car on the track in August, only after the Spanish Grand Prix would we have a clearer idea on which to think about how to continue moving,” confided the manager. Based on Booth's statements, Manor may decide to run with the MR03 for the entire season, postponing the debut of the MR04 to the next: “We like the world of competitions and obviously each of us would like to be faster than the others – he continued – Last October we were in the wind tunnel and the car it was pretty good, certainly better than the current one, so much so that with the package of the new Ferrari power unit, we could have had a good chance of chasing Force India", he concluded.
