Maldonado: “A top ten is feasible in Shanghai both in qualifying and in the race”

Constantly struggling with poor reliability, the Lotus has so far raised less than expected. Aware of the possibilities of E23 the Enstone team will therefore try in China to collect what was left on the streets in Australia and Malaysia.
