The latest victim of Marchionne politics: Felisa-Ferrari, goodbye after 25 years?

Ferrari is also preparing to say goodbye to the last man who characterized the Montezemolo era. Amedeo Felisa, CEO of the Prancing Horse, after 25 years of service will leave the Prancing Horse in a few weeks. The indiscretion, which has not yet been confirmed by official sources, was launched by Leo Turrini who stated that the CEO will leave his role within the company starting from September. Felisa's farewell follows that of Luca Montezemolo and the complete reorganization of the sports area, according to the new policy of Sergio Marchionne who, just last October, took command of the Prancing Horse.

Despite having been retired for some time, Felisa, who had agreed to extend his stay at Ferrari, thanks to Montezemolo, had contributed to reviving the most famous Italian car company through the creation of cars always innovative and who have carried the Prancing Horse brand with honor.

Amedeo Felisa, born in 1946, graduated in mechanical engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan, made his debut in the automotive world in 1987, in Alfa Romeo. He joined Ferrari in 1990 as technical director. In 2001 he was appointed general director of the Gran Turismo division, in 2006 general director of the company while from March 2008 assumed the role of CEO.
