Lotus: Lopez does not rule out a totally new driver line-up

The owner of the Lotus F1 team, ex-Renault, Gerard Lopez, has confirmed that the Enstone team could decide to completely revolutionize its driver line-up for the 2012 season.

Kimi Raikkonen has already signed for next year and in the running for the second seat there are not only drivers already in the team's orbit, such as Bruno Senna, Vitaly Petrov and Romain Grosjean.

“It's not just a question between Vitaly and Bruno,” Lopez clarified. “We will make a decision quickly,” she explained to RTL Luxembourg Radio.
Senna doesn't seem to be the favorite at the moment: “From the second part of the season we have had two young drivers with Vitaly and Bruno. They are really good drivers, but the big problem at the moment is the few tests in Formula 1. We don't have time to develop young drivers."

Other rumors speak of a possible all-Finnish line-up for Lotus with Heikki Kovalainen listed as Raikkonen's possible partner.
