Kimi Raikkonen has yet to receive any money from Lotus. The co-owner of the team confirmed this Gerard Lopez to F1 Racing magazine.
“We paid it partially after reaching an agreement in Abu Dhabi – his words – It's true that there were delays, but the numbers released by the media are totally ridiculous. I won't go into detail, however I can say that the sum is not that large, so we will pay it as we always have."
The insolvency of the English team was one of the reasons that led Iceman to decide to return to Maranello.
