Superb fourth position for Charles Leclerc in the qualifying session valid for the Sakhir Grand Prix, the penultimate round of this 2020 Formula 1 world championship. Thanks to a super lap in Q3, the Monegasque from Ferrari managed to place his SF1000 in the second row , just a few thousandths away from Max Verstappen's Red Bull.

An absolutely impressive placing, totally unexpected after Friday afternoon's free practice (Leclerc was unable to lap in FP2 due to a broken axle shaft), which gives the Rossa good hopes for the race which will start at 18.10pm this afternoon.

Pole position in Sakhir, we remember, went to Valtteri Bottas, who prevailed over George Russell and Max Verstappen. Sebastian Vettel, however, did poorly, as the German was unable to go beyond 16th place, far from the top positions in the standings.

See you at 18.10pm on Sky Sport F1 HD for live coverage of this Sakhir Grand Prix on the very fast layout of the Outer Circuit.
